My name is Ricardo, I am a geologist by training, and Terceira Island chose me in 2009 to live in and study its volcanoes. I am passionate about breathtaking landscapes, traveling, history, and sharing local knowledge. I have wandered through various continents for work and adventures, but it was here on Terceira Island that I decided to venture into tourism in order to offer a unique perspective on the island.
